Dominic Barter

Dominic Barter consults with governments, organisations and communities internationally on bringing heart-based learning, healing and change into tough social and interpersonal situations. He directs the Restorative Justice project for the Centre for Nonviolent Communication, www.restorativecircles.org.
He lives in Brazil with his daughter and loves learning at Findhorn.


Kit MillerKit Miller serves as the director of the MK Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence. Prior to that she was director/celebrator of Bay Area Nonviolent Communication in Oakland, California. Kit has been learning about and organizing for nonviolence for 16 years in many capacities. Kit is a certified permaculturist, which she experiences as an applied nonviolence practice, and is active in the US Transition movement. She has 3 children and is amazed and grateful to have been happily married for 19 years.

Leo Sofer

Leo Sofer has been learning and teaching NVC since 1999 and is a certified trainer with the international Centre for Nonviolent Communication. He lived in the Findhorn Community for seven years until 2009, exploring with others how NVC can deepen spiritual practice and help us to expand our capacity for intimacy, transparency and community. He is also an intuitive storyteller and broadcasts his work through his two websites: www.PalaceOfStories.com (stories for children) and www.StoriesOfTheJourneyHome.com (for adults). He lives with his wife and two young children in Gloucestershire, England.
